A small component with a critical safety role

The Scaffold Steel Toe Board is a low, rigid barrier fixed along the edge of scaffold working platforms. It stops tools, bolts, and loose materials from rolling or sliding off the deck and injuring people below.
Made of galvanized structural steel, it closes the open gap between the plank surface and the bottom guardrail, completing the edge-protection system together with guardrails and safety nets. It is a small component with a critical safety role on every elevated working level.

Blocks Falling Objects at the Source
A rigid steel lip along the platform edge keeps hand tools, fasteners, and debris from being kicked or rolled off the deck, protecting workers and pedestrians below.
Galvanized Steel Construction
Pressed from structural steel with a hot-dip galvanized finish for corrosion resistance and long service life across repeated rental cycles. Tested by an independent third-party laboratory.
Completes the Edge-Protection Suite
Works with guardrails and safety nets to close the gap between the plank surface and the lower rail, where rails and nets alone leave an opening.

Two ways to fix it - clip or bolt
The toe board is fixed along the platform edge to guardrail posts above the deck. Both mounting options are available, so it drops into your existing scaffold system.

Hook-on Mounting
Tool-free clip - clips on and off by hand, no tools needed, for fast installation.
Bolt-on Mounting
Universal bolted fixing - a firm bolted joint that works with any frame.
Frequently asked questions
Is a toe board required on scaffolds?
Many jobsite safety rules require toe boards on elevated platforms wherever people work or pass below. Tell us the standard applied on your project and we will confirm the matching height and design.
How is the toe board attached?
It is fixed along the platform edge to guardrail posts above the deck, with two mounting options confirmed: a tool-free hook-on clip for fast installation and a bolt-on fixing for universal use. Send your scaffold drawing and we will check the matching degree for free.
Is it compatible with other brands' scaffolds?
Our accessories adopt international standard modular sizes, and most sizes match mainstream scaffold brands. We verify compatibility with your drawing before production.
Can we customize dimensions and finish?
Yes. We support OEM customization of length, height, thickness, and surface treatment, with your logo on request.
