Products Description
The Q700 High-Strength Alloy Steel Tie-Rod Formwork Panel is the vertical wall panel of the Q700 system: a 1.5 mm Zn-Al-Mg coated face on 2.0 mm edge frames, with Phi 16 and 18 mm tie-rod holes pre-punched at fixed centers. Four fixed modules - 300 and 500 mm widths in 1200 and 2400 mm lengths - assemble into commercial building walls and basement retaining walls, clamped through standard formwork tie rods with wall-through bolts, tie plates, and plastic cone nuts from one supplier.
Within the same Q700 family, our high-strength alloy steel flat panels are pin-jointed deck and floor panels without tie-rod holes, and the concrete wall formwork system page covers the assembled wall system as a whole; this page covers the tie-rod panel module itself. The tie-rod direction is deliberate: against pull-tab wall systems, tie-rod clamping is the route our system documentation favors for wall pours - more stable under full head, resistant to burst pressure, and universal with standard accessories.

01
Four modules, no custom panels
300/500 mm widths in 1200/2400 mm lengths cover wall grids; holes are punched at fixed centers so panels align without measuring.
02
Stable under full head
tie rods clamp both wall faces through above-700 MPa frames; the documented tie-rod route resists burst pressure and stays universal with standard rods and nuts.
03
Fair-faced in damp basements
laser-welded seams strip to a finish that needs no secondary plastering, and the ZAM coating self-heals punched hole edges for 1500+ salt-spray hours.
04
One tie system, one factory
rods, wall-through bolts, tie plates, and cone nuts ship with the panels, joined by shared pins and wedges for corner and stop-end work.

Applications
Commercial building walls - the four fixed modules (300/500 mm widths, 1200/2400 mm lengths) tile standard wall grids without custom panels, and punched holes at fixed centers let crews align panels without measuring.
Basement retaining walls - in damp below-grade work the ZAM coating self-heals the punched hole edges for 1500+ salt-spray hours, and laser-welded seams strip to a fair-faced finish with no secondary plastering.
High head, full-depth pours - tie rods clamp both wall faces through above-700 MPa frames; the tie-rod route stays stable under full head and resists burst pressure where pull-tab systems reach their limit.
Full wall packages from one factory - panels ship with matching tie rods and cone nuts, and join the assembled concrete wall formwork system for complete wall pours.
