1.Insert the swivel head into the large diagonal hole of ringlock rosette;
2.Adjust diagonal brace angle freely via hinged rivet for full contact;
3.Hammer wedge pin down to the marked locking line;
4.Double-check all pins before construction;
5.Tap pin upward to unlock during dismantling.
Tip: Install X-shaped diagonal braces every 1.5–2m vertically to boost lateral stability.
Diagonal Brace Head (also named Swivel Wedge Head / Diagonal End) is welded to both ends of ringlock diagonal braces. Its hinged rivet allows multi-angle rotation to fit the large diagonal holes on ringlock rosettes. Hammer the integrated wedge pin for self-locking, forming a stable triangular structure to stop scaffold swaying and overturning.
