The core of the range, not one of many
PP plastic formwork panel is the core product of our Plastic Formwork range and a direct replacement for plywood in wall, column, beam and slab forming. Each panel is an extruded polypropylene hollow section: internal ribs carry the lateral pressure of a normal concrete pour, while the closed-cell structure keeps the panel light enough for one-person handling.
Because the material absorbs no water, panels will not rot, swell, delaminate or rust - in rain, in curing water, or in humid storage between projects.

Four things plywood can't do
Each claim is chosen to answer one specifier question - weather, cost per pour, site process and finish quality.

Weather-Proof Durability
Panels keep their shape and surface quality in wet pours where plywood swells and steel needs coating maintenance.

High Reuse, Low Cost per Pour
PP panels hold a flat face and clean edge far longer than plywood, lowering forming cost across the project life.

Work It Like Timber
Saw, drill, nail and screw with the hand tools already on site; cut edges stay sealed because the material does not absorb water.

Clean Release, Better Finish
The smooth face strips cleanly with minimal release-agent build-up, leaving a paint-ready concrete surface.
