3. Product Structure Analysis

 

3.1 Core Load-Bearing Component (Safety Core)​

Composed of an integrally forged lifting ring body and a universal joint. The lifting ring body adopts a "U-shaped arc" design to avoid stress concentration, with uniform wall thickness (14-40mm); the universal joint uses a high-strength bearing structure, which can bear both radial and axial loads, with a rotation torque ≤5N·m, ensuring flexible angle adjustment during hoisting and reducing formwork shaking .​

3.2 Thread Connection System (Adaptability Core)​

The thread part is processed by rolling technology, with a thread accuracy of 6H grade and a surface roughness of Ra≤1.6μm. It is combined with an anti-loosening thread design, which closely engages with the formwork base after installation. A torque indicator ring is set at the bottom, which automatically changes color when the installation torque reaches the standard value (60-120kg·m), intuitively confirming the installation is in place and avoiding manual operation errors.​

3.3 Anti-Rust Coating (Durability Core)​

The hot-dip galvanizing layer has a thickness of ≥80μm, with adhesion reaching level 1 (no peeling in the cross-cut test).
