Product Overview

The prefabricated building formwork system is a concrete casting mold system that is pre-assembled at the factory and rapidly erected on-site. This product consists of high-strength panels, metal back frames, and specialized connecting components, suitable for precision forming of various concrete structures including walls, columns, beams, and bridge segments-1-8. The system design fully considers the lateral pressure distribution pattern of flowing concrete, achieving maximum material utilization through differentiated strength design between upper and lower sections while ensuring structural safety.
Core Technical Advantages
This system adopts a laminated structure of ribbed steel formwork and polymer plastic formwork. The steel formwork is positioned at the lower section to withstand high-stress areas, while the plastic formwork is placed at the upper section. This design maintains overall rigidity while significantly reducing self-weight, facilitating manual handling and installation.
Traditional formwork relies on through-wall tie rods for fixation, leaving holes that require secondary sealing after pouring, which can cause leakage and thermal bridge issues-1-5. This system achieves opposite-side fixation of formwork through dedicated guide seats and elastic clamping assemblies, enabling wall formwork positioning and reinforcement without through-wall screws, fundamentally eliminating quality risks.
Formwork components are manufactured in standard modular sizes, enabling rapid assembly through connecting wedges and positioning pins. Stepless adjustment in both horizontal and vertical directions accommodates any wall thickness and plan dimension variations.
The panel material uses high-quality plywood or polymer composite materials, achieving far more turnover cycles than traditional timber formwork under normal use conditions. Panels can be individually replaced without scrapping the entire unit
